Well......................really lost the plot over the last week and a half. I so want to get back into it and lose a stone before xmas. My will power has gone and left me so if anyone knows where it is can you send it back to me please x x x

Where have you been hiding? Hope you have been well and the dreaded gall stones aren't bothering you.

We have 6 weeks to Christmas so a stone is do-able.

I think you'll find your willpower at the bottom of an Exante pack... So as NT says, let's do this! We can be loads skinnier for Christmas if we crack on with it for another few weeks
