Was good yesterday and stuck to plan, plus drank 2 litres water - need to up the water again. Excellent result on scales this morning, back to 10.13 Yeah!
Todays plan. Porridge for breakfast, shake for lunch, home made chicken curry tonight with veg side dish and bar and coffee later in evening.
Bit of a hectic day ahead with a delivery due, the gas serviceman coming between 10 and 2, someone supposed to be coming to fix problem with new patio door and loads of telephone meetings booked in for work ( and a worry that its all going to clash!). I have also got to squeeze in cleaning the house, getting to the post office to get a parcel returned and do the school pick up. Its these sort of days I end up reaching for something to eat so need to be strong, calm and just keep the water up.
