Manny...Ticking on by

WI morning and I have STS. Been thinking about it during my hours drive to Edinburgh this morning and considering my weekend diet involved 2 burgers, 2 pizzas and a curry I guess a STS was ok

Its hard when you are probably really happy with your weight now anyway - maybe just revise your target so that you have already hit it....or is that cheating???;):p
 
thats totally cheating, he'll be there next week anyway :p he's just sulking for the attention Rosie ;) he loves all us girls fawning over him..

anyway, onto the fawning :p if you stick at it this week (no burgers, pizza etc) you will easily see a loss next week. Dont be too down about an STS, you're no further away from your target than you were last week so you should be pleased :) x
 
Well my initial target when I went on w8 was 12st 4lbs. This changed to 11st 10lbs after a week as I had decided that I wanted to be under 12st and use 12st as my future marker (to watch what I am eating and cut back if needed)

I will cut out the pizza and burgers for this week and see where we end up. If I stay the same I am going donate a kidney
 
So, really then - only another 1lb will take you below 12st.

donating limbs or organs is a bit severe - try just walking past fast food outlets!! :p ;)
 
I am 11st 13 at the moment so i am already under, I just want to be more under.

I am blaming my wife, sister and mum for the weekend eatathon
 
kidneys dont weigh much, you need something bigger!!
