So jumped on the scales at its down by 0.4lb on my step two week lol so 1.4lb since almost a fortnight ago! Hopefully there will be another boost for weds weigh in! And I can finally reach my 6 stone off.

I think your right Stacey! Rather than seeing a blob when I look in the mirror I now see a woman. How cheesy does that sound lol was looking at pics and even the diff in my face. I honestly didn't even think my face was fat! Delusionallll.

It's so good to hear your almost at your goal! (Will u keep posting once you hit) we will miss ur update ms if u disasters off!
That must be the best part, when you start to see all hard work for your self, I often joke I'm the opposite of anorexic as I would look in the Mirror and didn't see how big I really was. But yes pics show the cold hard truth. I'm almost done on my week 1ss and every time I felt like cheating is look at the pics on my phone of my yukie body!

I've still 6 stone to lose so il be around for a while and of course il stay around when at goal, this forum is just about as much of a social life I have haha
It's defo great when you start to notice a diff in urself. It only took me to loose 5 stone before I noticed lol

Sorry I haven't been around much, had a hard time with family issues so really not been myself, found the diet hard going so been on step 3 but this is my new week on ss! But nearly at the 3 stone mark so kinda happy with that!

Thanks hun! Well I did have a couple of days where I had a blow out but felt terrible after so had no choice really. It is hard but just need to get these couple of days out the way then I know it'll get a bit easier. The water is the hardest thing for me at the moment!

So Emily's app they basically said they would see her in a year again as she is still young, hoping that the structure of school will help and ask the teacher to remind her regularly.
They said give her lots and lots of fluid during the day and less at night. Basically everything I already know so il wait and see nxr year lol

I meant to say to you that I had a conversation with my Aunty as my boys are still not fully trained and they are 3. My cousin was 4 1/2 an in school and still wants toilet trained and not night time until 5 1/2. They saw drs too as concerned with bladder control but nothing wrong and he just stopped one day? My boys do everything when they are ready and not when they should (they didnt even walk until 19 months) but are well ahead for their age in all their other skills, speech, communications, social skills etc x
