Martha's Diary - seeing it through to the end....

Oh and talked to my tutor tonight about what he said and it wasn't even meant for me! Infact he was telling everyone about how great I was with my client in my assessment! Grrr I know I worry but when it wasn't necessary it annoys me lol
 
This fortnight I lost 5lb not as great as I'd hoped for and didn't get into the 17's so feeling abit down about that. Had a chat with my consultant and she advised that I can now drop to 3 packs so that's what il do for the next fortnight and hope for a better loss on the 29th

Still such a long journey ahead of me. Feels like its gonna take forever :(

Thanks for that I will try and have a read this afternoon. 5lb is still a great loss considering how long you've been doing this now and dropping to 3 shakes I'm sure you will lose even more!
I had another fail again yesterday afternoon so have given myself a day off today and had a good talk to myself and spoken to my consultant too.
im gonna do a shake in the morning and evening and a bar late afternoon to try and curb my need to 'munch' lol
its not neseccarily the ideal way to do SS from the first week but its either that or jut keep wasting my time.
so that's me starting AGAIN tomorrow! Lol I'm not going to give up I'm going to find what works for me best so i can be in this for the long hall!

I know it's better off than on just can't help but feel disappointed. Oh well :) at least I can be certain il b in the 17s by nxt weigh in.

I think ur plan is a great idea. The bars really help and I know people say different things but I had bars from day one. Nvr made a diff to me.

So pleased to here you are doing what works for you and that you are keeping your determination!

well off to clean my house now as kids been hyper today?
And then prepare myself for tomorrow. I'm strangely excited and even turned down the bottle of wine and Chinese my husband offered me for tonight lol that's not me!

Lol you are already making great decisions. Let me know how you get on tomorrow and if you feel like giving in then msg me! Il talk you out of it lol

Aw Hun. Hopefully you'll see some bigger losses with 3 packs though! And it's not long when you think how much longer you could spend messing around with other diets!

I know babe just having one of those 'meh' days I know it will keep moving just gonna go with it. Fingers crossed I see better results on the 29th!

Well what lovely messages to wake up to :)

Took myself to bed at 8.30 last night because I felt abit rubbish.

I won't be giving up ladies that's not even an option for me but its just very frustrating at times.

Il do my very best to continue motivating you right up to my goal :)

Here's to a new day and the next fortnight. All of your support is invaluable to me so I thank you for that.
