Combo of ss and ss+ but when I say ss+ I mean a tin of tuna instead of my shake lol

Lost another 13lbs!! That was in 3 weeks 5 days So I'm 16.7 now :) very very happy now I'm going away in the morning and gonna go put weight on!! Eugh! Lol but it will come bk off! Of that I am sure :)

Can't wait to come bk now and get stuck in after a lovely few days away with my friend :)

Have you gone to London yet?

Well I'm back on plan guys, started today SS! Finally have the willpower back after an extremely tough month!

Here it goes...

Have to catch up on the thread to see how all you have been getting on... Brilliantly I'm sure :) xx

It's good to be back chick! Nice to not feel bloated already!!

Well it's hard at the moment as it totm so I'm powering through! Had half a soup as a pre lunch now having a chic shake as dessert lol. I'm finding it easier than I thought to get back to get back on track! (She says.. Fingers crossed it'll last)

Job is brilliant, so pleased I hung out for this one!

How's everything with you? Doesn't your course start soon? How's everything going with cambridge? I've skimmed over the diary :)

Start my diploma tmz and bk to ink on the 30th so it's gonna get very busy lol but all is good.

Cambridge is going well I need to get bk on track ASAP lol

So glad ur enjoying ur new job! Defo a good feeling when ur happy doing what ur doing x

Wow that sounds hectic!!! But I'm finding its so much better having a routine!

Ah I'm glad hun! I'm sure you'll snap back into it :) I'm just longing for the week when I can have bars again, trying to hang out for a little while! Gonna see how well I do this week first lol.

Gettin bk into it isn't too bad considering I've been up all night with a tummy bug! I think my body is telling me I should have got bk on plan ASAP lol feel really rough which really doesn't help so I don't even know if il have products today nvr mind any other food!

Hope this passes because I am not loving feeling crap!

Oh chick that sucks.. Feeling like that takes everything out of you! When I get back on plan I have have such a weird stomach for a few days, hate it! Wipes you out! Hope you feel better soon!

Today's is hard day 4 :( feels like day 100.. Never know when I'm in ketosis, just trying to think positively for Saturday and see what it's like to loose pounds again!!!!

Aslong as u stick to plan then I think that's all we can hope for because there's nothing more that can be done!

Hopefully il be 100% tmz and be able to get all my water and products in

Shall keep u updated tho :)

100% is my plan for today too

Still not feeling great since Monday but trying to force myself to take my product because if I don't il get to 9pm and want food so today must be the day to knock all this messin around on the head

Well I've been 100%, just hope tomorrow goes ok! I'm busy at work so I think it got me through today!

Well just got back from the weigh in and a little bit of shopping so just thought I'd check in...

Not sure how I've done this and I know a lot of it is water weight but I've lost 10lbs... And that's with an awful cheat day on Wednesday!

That's set me up for a 100% week as I have my grans 80th party on the Sunday!

Hope everyone has a great weekend xx

Thanks Hayley :) yeh it was quite funny, me and the consultant had a moment where we just stared at each other in disbelief lol.

It's my second week but only did 4 days of the first week! I'm a cambridge returner as I had a two month break from the middle/end of July!

Aw me too.. Stomach is rumbling as we speak. So hard when your at work too! Although I like the routine and structure of the day seeing and smelling other peoples wonderful creations is torture lol.

How's your journey going? Are you on SS?

Hope the rest of work speeds by for you lol xx
