Erm...I lost 1lb. Yes one. For the past 9 days I've been off & on so I never expected a "big" loss. Trying to convince myself that it's better than nothing.....but not so sure. I started last Wed and was good for 3 days, fell off the wagon (or on to the food cart!) Sat/Sun, good on Mon/Tues, sneaky weigh-in on Wed revealed no change followed by very yummy lunch buffet at work and re-started again yesterday. On the plus side I know really know which products I like and have a supply so next week will be better. :devilangel:
