I seemed to have been deleted off the list.

Speckless 2lb lost 5lb to go for this month. Unfortunately, it is my birthday next week so fingers crossed I don't eat too much. :)
 
you're already at a healthy weight arent you, i hear its so hard to lose at that point

My BMI is in the healthy range but only just. I think I didn't do enough exercise last week. And even though I was on plan I could probably cut the portion sizes down a bit. Hoping for a much better result this week.
 
Hi Arctic, don't know how you're keeping track! Just 1/2lb for me this week :/ was poorly last week though. Only my third week so hoping it's gunna drop off! :) Fingers crossed for everybody else! Keep it up :)
 
just gotta say guys we've all done so well! Even those who have struggled, its so strong to actually go along to meeting, get weighed and post the progress. Everyone keep it up - we can do it!!

Bit quiet in here today! I'll be posting The List about 9pm, for all the WI's to date, so if there are any Friday people you have time to post.

Of course it maybe due to everyone going away for the weekend. Which reminds me, I'll be off the grid from about 9am tomorrow till Monday tea time. I will just have to catch up!

Ahhh i have had small losses of half lbs and 1lbs the past 3 weeks since I started exercising. I'm hoping my next weigh in all my hard work will show!

Off for a run first thing tomorrow morning, finish work at 2am and planning to be out running at 8am. Get it out of the way then :)

Hey hope I'm not too late to join in? I would like 8.5 off by the end of May to get my stone award. I have a 25 mile walk the first weekend in June and I really would like to be carrying 14lbs less. Had a slightly not so great week this week as I stopped smoking, again! This week I'm hoping will be like a first week with a bigger weight loss than usual I'm totally committed and focussed this week which is great.

I was! I've been on plan for just over 4 months now and can't seem to get anything more than 1.5lbs off :( I don't know what I am doing wrong I've started exercising and eating better than ever . Just getting a little disheartened. Was half a lb off my 3 stone award last week and I have a feeling I'm not even going to get it this week either! Been chasing this last award since the middle of march :(
