wow, you guys are doing well. am due for my weigh in tomorrow but i still have enough shake to last me till tuesday. so i guess i will weigh i n on monday, i hope i have a loss of at least 4 pounds . so i will have 6 more to meet target, today has not been a particularly good day so i have cheated.
