MAY CHALLENGE

Hi Ladies Ive been quite a bit slack and my first weigh in for May will be Fiday. Ive moved my weigh day as I just wasnt liking the monday weigh in especially if Id cheated on Saturday then saw a slight gain by Monday after the weekend. So back on the diet today after taking my holiday to Lagos off although I dont think i was too bad I still not ready to get on the scales.
 
1lb loss which Im quite pleased with as I had Sat night out with the girls in Cardiff Bay - lovely italian food and lots of alcohol. Planning to get my butt on the treadmill this week a few times to try and combat the effect for next weigh in! We'll see. :p

2lb down, so goal met already! I put a low goal because I struggled so much in April, I'm not going to add to my goal for may, just loose as much as possible:)

I would like to join but am unsure at how much to go for, would really like to lose around 14-15lbs??

How much did you lose on your first week on slim fast??

This is my first week, WOW feelingfat 10lbs in your first week, :clap:!!!!!! OMG would so love to lose this much!!!!! On my fourth day and have already lost 2lbs.

Can you help me out don't want to aim too high then not do it and then feel crappy and take an allmighty leap of my forever leapable wagon.

I think you will probably lose quite a bit in your first week. it then staggers out so you lose 1-2lbs a week (dependent on exercise). I have started exercising loads - I got body pump (Mon), Gym - running (25 mins at 5.7mph and 10mins on either rower or crosstrainer) on Tues, Wed and Thurs and on Fri I go to stability ball.

As you can see i am getting married in just other three months. My dress will be in the shop this month so that is a good insentive.

I think i will go for 10lbs by 1st July which gives me 3 weeks on slim fast until my goal date.

hiya sass, done my goal for this month in one. i know it was only a little one but at least i managed it this month lol. so hopefully everything else is now a bonus. x

Hey,

Welldone everyone on your weightloss.

Well i got on the scales yesterday morning not wanting to look, with one eye open i saw that i had lost 2lbs.

For my first week on slim fast this is pretty dismall but at the weekend i didn't cook once and had t/a's all weekend and yesterday.

Back on track and looking for a 4lb loss this week!! (fingers crossed!!)

So 2lb loss for me!!
