Only had the symptoms a few days so hard to say I ate quite a bit last night n it was worse. Have had indegestion which I don't normally get. Also had a drink last night which is unlike me but realised hardly drank anything since Thursday. The pain is all over my back n all over my tummy. Feels like really painful trapped wind. No other symptoms tho xx

Hm maybe ring nhs with your symptoms mayn not gallstones as i was in so much pain i wZ hospitalised and on the morphine.do u still feel rough?

I feel ok in myself just my tummy n back. Had a big sleep this afternoon. My neck an old injury was playing up yesterday n have been I. Bed loads last few days that could be why back hurts. I'll see how I feel tomorrow I'm frightened to restart now. It has seemed to start on the days I've come off plan you know but then have binged on utter ***** which doesn't help does it. Not like I've nibbled I've major binged xxx

Dont be scared to restart hun this diet is amazing i love it and surely losing weight is good foe our overall health x

Oh yes am only scared cos of the gallstone thing. I'm either restarting mon or tues if I'm better. I think this is all related to binging you know I need to knock that on the head. I just don't wanna feel like this on my weekend away in August bank hols. What did u order from Indian? Xx

I had a chicken shashlik hun but barely touched it as sasha woke up lol so not a bad thimg.u may be rite hun my cdc said i need to come off it thurs as my planned break is tgis weekend she suggested just high protein plain foods so thats wot il do x

Yeah I think that's where I've gone wrong in three weeks I've eaten utter utter high fat **** when I've binged. When I go away this is my plan what u think
Fri- 3 cd products plus fat free extra lean beef burgers and chicken kebab sticks with green salad
Sat- scrambled eggs with turkey rashers
Chicken fruit and cd bar (going walking)
Fish or chicken with green salad
Have another bar of peckish or at night

Sun- scrambled eggs and turkey rashers
Chicken and fruit and cd bar going waking again
Lamb shank with green veggies
Mon- eggs and turkey rashers
Afternoon tea (whoops)
Italian meal out with peosecco (bigger whoops)

Am
Jut hoping that by the Monday when I go overboard my body will be used to eating again where as ie gone from nothing to then enough cake chocolate crisps and biscuits to feed 5 families for a week in half an hour flat.

What do u think Fran coa I wanna enjoy myself and the Italian meal is our date night I normally have prawns in garlic starter, lamb cutlets then dessert xx

I think that sounds great hun! Very well thought through and the majority is high protein and low fat :) i think ure right about your body goin into almost shock when youvw binged.but that plan sounds good plus your walking aswell.i think u will sts def not gain! Me on the otherhand after nxt weekend will prob gain lol.2 nites drinking and a 2 course italian meal on the sat lol.havin lunch before we get on train fri so hope to have jacket pot or something? I really dont have a clue :/

Well no way am I risking feeling like this when walking 8 miles lol. Dreading weighing myself. All this gas must weigh 5lb lol. Heard back from CDC n she thinks its the rich food. My back not aching now am downstairs I think it's being sat in the bed all day xx

Probably then hun.do u have problems with your back? My back hurts if i lie in lol.your cdc is prob right my lovely.what did u eat exactly and when do u go away? Lol i woukdnt worry about the scales i woukd just concentrate on getting 100% better.after my mad weekend im goin to my cdc on the mon morn to be weighed and get back on the straight and narrow x

When I'd binged I had packets of crisps Ice cream packs of chocolate biscuits large choc bars cakes pizza all sorts.
I do have issues with my back but since lost nearly 3 stone overall been alot better. I have a memory foam mattress n not comfy to sit up in. Back had eased off no just feel full of gas. Husband not appreciating that I can tell u.
I never binge normally I think it's the whole being deprived thing. But am determined to get back onto being 100%
I go away fri 24th August n will be off plan 3-4 days. Is it next weekend ur away? U gotta help me this week get back into ketosis n I'll help u week after after hen do lol xx

Yep i go this comin fri i am looking forward to it but dreading gettin bak on it.of course il help u and holly too :) .id be lost without u two lol.when ure getting back into ketosis after your weekend il be goin to benidorm so them il b gettin back into ketosis lol.argh.

Well as long as one of us is always in ketosis to help the other we'll be fine. Having the app on the phone Is handy although I find it doesn't like 3G lol. In bed again now n not feeling as bad (touches wood quickly) so may try tomorrow to restart. If I don't feel 100% I'll just have high protein ready to start Tuesday. Xx

Hi had a much better sleep last night. Back not aching one bit it stopped before I fell asleep and my tummy only feels a tiny bit sore. Weighed myself and am 15-8 so have gained 3lb whilst sick n eating which ain't bad really. Can't decide if I start today or tomorrow? Xx

Hiya so glad your feeling better! Why waste a day get on it lol no seriously if u think u feel ok then go for it but if u think tom is better just go high protein today have some eggs ham chicken etc.

Might do Ss+ as need cook a chicken for Chris anyway. Really need do some work after too and my mate doing my hair later. Xx
