Yeah I think that's where I've gone wrong in three weeks I've eaten utter utter high fat **** when I've binged. When I go away this is my plan what u think
Fri- 3 cd products plus fat free extra lean beef burgers and chicken kebab sticks with green salad
Sat- scrambled eggs with turkey rashers
Chicken fruit and cd bar (going walking)
Fish or chicken with green salad
Have another bar of peckish or at night
Sun- scrambled eggs and turkey rashers
Chicken and fruit and cd bar going waking again
Lamb shank with green veggies
Mon- eggs and turkey rashers
Afternoon tea (whoops)
Italian meal out with peosecco (bigger whoops)

Jut hoping that by the Monday when I go overboard my body will be used to eating again where as ie gone from nothing to then enough cake chocolate crisps and biscuits to feed 5 families for a week in half an hour flat.
What do u think Fran coa I wanna enjoy myself and the Italian meal is our date night I normally have prawns in garlic starter, lamb cutlets then dessert xx
