Well if I felt crap before I feel even worse now, Mum just called me, Our Great Dane Jet who we've had for about 9 yrs has died :'( Don't quite know what to do with myself right now!!

Oh no that's awful. I don't know how I'd cope if I lost my holly so I know it can't be easy. Maybe an early night and a cry for jet will help and you may feel better tomorrow.
Extra water is a must on these hot days even I've had 3 litres which isn't like me lol. U should be ok tomorrow am sure x

No, he was just really old, Danes don't tend to live that long really, He died in his sleep so he didn't suffer or anything xx

Well I'm pink, But i've gained 2lbs since y-day? Hmm!

Was at the mother's this morning, Everyne was there to try cheer her up after yesterday, And My Nana made everyone sausage sandwiches, and I had one :'( Annoyed at myself as I trned pink this morning -.-
But I've cancelled tonight as I just dont feel up to seeing anyone, So I won't be eating tonight, so shouldn't make too much difference, spag bol WAS on the menu, and instead had a sandwich, But doing the garden today so hopefully I'll burn it off LOL! Hi yes it's boiling here and kids are shattered already. Had two litre and half a bar next 500ml and half a bar being consumed now.

I've thought about since lol. Kids and hubby had butties, crisps, cereal bars and yogurts and I've had 3 litres of water and my bar xx
