Me vs The fat.....let the battle commence

Ok so this is it.....

I've had my first shake of the day and had 750ml of my water and it's only 8.32am. Im loving the water so far but Not so keen on the shakes. I'm feeling slightly peckish and would kill for a latte with an extra shot right one but I'm determined to continue and reach my goal by July the 11th which is to lose 6 stones (ambitious I know) but this is the sixth and last time I'm doing Cambridge shakes.

Im so angry at myself for abusing my body over the last couple of years and also having to do this extreme form of weight loss to get myself back on track.

But anyway lesson learnt and all that....

Hopefully I will have a good day.

Day 1 done and dusted......I had a seriously bad headache today but took some painkillers and had a nap soon as I got home from work.

Managed to do some walking nothing too strenuous and even danced along to beyonces moved your body music video, obviously wasn't as good as the actual dance moves in the video i spent most of the time flapping around lol but got my heart pumping nonetheless.

All in all had a pretty good day and I'm looking forward to tomorrow

Day 2

I couldn't get out of bed today, I felt as if I had been hit by a truck.

Finally got out of bed and had some water and a strawberry shake which I can't stand the taste off.

I'm also feeling extremely hungry and not looking forward to the rest of the day.

Hey :) keep going once you get to ketosis it's so much easier and so worth it. I've heard the vanilla shake warm with coffee is like a latte can't give you a review as I'm not a coffee fan. Love the chocolate warm though. Keep it up look forward to walking the journey with you x

I've been a bit MIA the past couple of days. About two nights ago I went into A&E because I was having severe chest pain, difficulty breathing and pain in my left arm, I genuinely thought I was having a heart attack at the age of 26. I have been so petrified in my life.

I didn't necessarily link it to CP but rather stress when the doctor have me the all clear. but I have seen several people on here with similar experiences and now I'm seriously contemplating whether this diet is worth me risking my health or not. On top of that drama I'm on day 7 now and have only managed to lose 7lbs. I'm seriously disappointed I sent my self a goal of 11lbs. I managed to survive three parties this week all of which had the most beautiful looking and smelling cakes I'd ever come across.

Anyway I'm on day 7 and I have been starving for the last Two days.

So all in all it's been a bit of crap week

7lb is a great loss though Hunni that's one pound per day. Sme have bigger losses than other just depends on the glycogen. Talk to your CDC about the chest pains it does sound a bit odd. Maybe try a higher step? The first week is so tough but it does get easier. You have to keep drinking that really helps with the hunger x whatever you decide to do I wish you luck x
