Step 1 Sole Source + Meal ideas.

Hi,

I'm really struggling to eat my meal now as I'm tired of chicken and tuna flakes. I'm just beginning my second week now.
I need to eat the meal or I feel dizzy. Does anyone know if fridge raiders chicken pieces are allowed as I really like these. I'm also thinking trying a mushroom omelette?

Any ideas would be great though.
