a good way to measure is just to measure the biggest part - then you will be able to see if any has come off? (i think)

we doing well gal!!!
at mo would love to lose 2" off all three of measurements i wish i had measured my thighs cos i have lost so much weight off them its unreal!
i got really skinny thighs compared to what they were like
!!!
measure again just before christmas shall we??

i've not measured myself...........i've come down 3 dress sizes and have lost 10 inches off my bust.........so now a 34f not a 44f...i have no clothes that fit.........everythin i own looks like i have borrowed it was a friend.......

I am going to have to get new bras .. mine look almost lost in the ones I have. I have noticed that I dont get back ache so much nowadays which is good.
