Meat with a flavour??

I have Chinese pork loin steaks out for tea tomorrow night. They just norm pork steaks with a glaze over them. Are these free ?? Or do I have to sun as they have a flavour?

There is no way of knowing without having some idea of what the glaze is made of. The pork will be free so long as you cut off all visible fat. If the glaze is made with sugar, or oil, you will have to syn it, but it is difficult to guess how many syns.
