Just to say hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas.

To all my friends on minis, thank you so much for your love and support over the past few weeks. I could not have got through them without the fantastic words of support and love that has oozed out of all of you.

Lets hope that 2009 is a brilliant year for all of us, whether we are starting out on a weight loss journey, still travelling, or have reached our destination.
