Hiya Sarah! That made me laugh "couldnt be ASKED to post...." hahah!

Today has been good although not had much of an appetite. I had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and chicken stirfry for dinner. Was pretty busy at work which was good as it kept me busy and my mind off my Nan but it meant that I didn't have any lunch. Just didn't have much of an appetite.

Thanks for asking after me :) really appreciate the support. From this Thursday, my sisters and I are starting a 6 week challenge where by each week we'll wi and take a pic of our weight (so we can't cheat!) If we STS then we put £5 in a pot and if we gain then we pay an extra £1 for each pound. I.e if I put on 2lbs then I put £7 in the pot. At the end of the 6 weeks, whatever we've got in the pot between us all, we'll donate it to charity. My fella and I plan to book a last minute holiday in 7 weeks time so I really want to do well and be at goal after this 6 week challenge x
 
I'm glad ur doing good! U really gotta try and eat ur 3 meals tho to keep ur strength up, well done on sticking to the plan today tho, it's a good plan u and ur sis have, should help keep u motivated! A holiday will be good for u esp after loosing ur nan! Hope it's a good one!
 
Hi hon! Liked your post! Well yesterday I totally sucked- there was still lots of bad food around the house and I was really picky. I was BAD! Any how this is my decision- 29 pp a day only from today til next mon- which is WI. I don't think I ate 49 pp yesterday but just to be safe! Today I did ok but was picky, but only healthy food in the house! I'll put my food on my diary!
Me and the boy need to kick each others arses and get back into the exercise- I've just ordered this book about habits and how to change them, I know my food eating is a bad habit as is my laziness! So yeah feeling positive!

Don't worry bout it beck, as we know the hardest thing is getting back on plan but as soon as u do that u will be fine! That's partly y I don't wanna mess up, I worry that I won't manage to get back on it!
 
Thanks Sarah, a couple more good days and I'll be back on form. Being out of routine is difficult too. When I'm at work my day is filled up a lot more and less likely to boredom eat! X
 
Yeah, that's y I've gained so much, being a stay at home mum food is always there!

What d'o u point yr chicken chow mien as? And how much do eat?

I've always eaten the lot for 9pp but some ppl say they only eat half for that and some say they point the lot for 20pp

Noodles r only 6pp tho 3pp for the chicken then the rest us free stuff? Is this not right?
 
I can spell, just my phone likes to guess what I want to say!
 
I'm not sure about take away points, some seem so low. Like I get Kung po chicken and that's 9pp and then I add my own noodles. I'm sure chow mein can't be too much, maybe add a couple pp more just incase if you're worried but I think you'll be ok at 9 pp. x
