Well been to the gym at 7am that's impressive even for me lol don't start work till after 9 today & really want to enjoy the sunshine, had a lovely fruity breakfast & a ww yogurt 1pp have a ham & egg salad for lunch 5pp, not sure wots for tea yet but with 20pp left sure it won't b a prob,

What a great start to the day and well done for getting to the gym that early,probably the best time to go before it gets too hot! Thanks about my day,same to you :0)

Well this weekend seems to have gone so quickly & whilst it's been a good wkend spent socialising with family... It's been awful point wise.. Had a BBQ yesterday which meant alcohol & that always means bad food choices the following day when hungover anyhow self sabotage wkend over I'm gonna dust myself down & get bk on it tomorrow with a good old workout at the gym :)

Breakfast this morning was a delicious mango & orange smoothie 5pp

Lunch will be a Ww meal 7 pp
Fruit 0pp
Ww yogurt 1pp

Dinner
Be good to yourself ham tagliatelle 11pp
Fruit & meringue nest with ww yogurt poured 2pp
 
Yum to the fruit.meringue and yoghurts,one of my favs :0) weather is naff here today as well.Hope you have a good day :0)
 
Eek magazine is out today just bought my copy how embarrassing anyway if u want details pm me as I can't put it public on here sadly but this is my chance to get a tummy tuck in loveit mag competition xxx

Off out to get my hair cut so gonna have lunch on go

had a boiled egg & Ww bread for breakfast 3pp & some fruit

Jacket potato with beans & a side salad 8pp

Gonna do diet coke chicken 4pp for tea with egg noodles 5pp with side salad

Snacks will be meringue nest with fruit & yogurt 2pps

Have 4pps left but I'm sure I'll find something else to have..

Just focus on one day at a time & if u have a blip dust urself down & carry on, I never looked at the bigger picture till I was here always broke it down in mini achievable goals when ever I went down a size I bought myself something nice to wear in the size below so I had something to aim for xxx
