Hi
I have decided to do this diary to try and keep myself on track
I have been doing WW for 6 weeks and I was doing really well but then I had a holiday last week so when I weighed yesterday I have a gain of 4lb!!
I am hoping that keeping track of my weeks on here might inspire me to be good LOL and see where I am going wrong.
