Morning!
Another 0.4lb off this morning - yay!
PV today so plan as follows:
B: oatbran porridge & cinnamon
L: chicken, cauli, broccoli, leek & carrot, followed by a bowl of custard made with custard powder (probably too much), skimmed milk & splenda
S: glass of mulled wine (not quite Dukan!)
D: another portion of oatbran porridge - not ideal but it was late and that was easy!
