I tend to have the roast chicken pasta one and spicy sweet and sour one. I *think* both are free but try searching for them. The chicken noodle is free and I don't like the others. I eat too many really but they are so handy. X
 
Today is ee and pretty much identical to yesterday. Got my quiche to eat up but that's fine as need to go to asda tonight so something quick will be easier.

B-2 weetabix, apple, water coffee. Hea & b

Break- clementine, ww yog

L- mug shot, 2 clementines, apple, ww yog

D- quiche, savoury rice, broccoli, peas.
 
I'm struggling today. Got a bit of belly ache, work is stressing me out slightly and I just want to eaaaatttt!! Had a choc chip cupcake at work which is fine- within syns but I feel so frustrated that I can't eat more:(
 
Sorry you had a bad day funny now when things get stressy we reach for food, hope it got better an you were able to resist too many temptations :) have fun on the hen weekend !! X
 
well, i was good in some ways, resisted the £70 shoes i fell in love with that would have been perfect for my dress....but i had a starbucks praline mocha and a chinese buffet. sigh. curry tomorrow, buffet again monday. another meal out a week tomorrow and again the weds after. not good! but i want to enjoy everything.

still really excited about tomorrow though:)
 
:-( poor shoes still sitting on the shelf :-( he he god £70 for shoes bet they were gorgeous though I love shoes but like to pay very little for them ha ha

I had a fabulous time! Feeling rather tired, but not bad considering I had quite a lot to drink! Alcopops, archers and lemonade & shots of jäger- about 5 of those. Considering I rarely drink I feel very well!

Started the day off with a vintage tea party which was tea, coffee, sandwiches, cakes & home made truffles. Then we made Christmas wreaths- here is my creation:

Then we went home via town (bought some glittery gold heels for £20). Got ready, caught train & had Indian. Was yummy but starter filled me up and I had bellyache and bloating from the rich food by 10, it eased but was horrid.

Then off to a club which was playing rock in one room and 'guilty pleasures' in the other. Had so much fun I didn't want to go home! First time I've ever had to use the 'sorry, I'm married!' line too! Hehe!

Anyway, today is green:

B- 2 weetabix (hea & b), apple

L- grilled toms, mushrooms, 2 fried eggs, beans, 3 cauldron sausages (1.5)

D- pasta n sauce (0.5), hea cheese, peas, broccoli.

Syns- 0.5

2nd heb was fibre plus with coffee while dinner was cooking.

Haha, it was emmey:) big confidence boost, did feel rather smug!

Just been to red hot buffet in Leeds, very nice but currently feel so full I never want to eat again!

That's it for meals out till Saturday:/
 
Back on it now:) amazing how rubbish going off plan makes me feel. Bleugh. Cakes and white bread definitely don't agree, bloating & pain while trying to have fun on a night out is just bad times:/

Anyway. Ee I think.

D- birds eye salmon, baked potato, carrots, broccoli, baby corn.

While I was cooking dinner I put a chicken in to roast. So supper was chicken leg with skin removed & fattier bits removed and fed to a willing feline helper:) also had an apple & a clementine. Yum yum

No syns today!! Really trying to pull back as much as possible to limit damage & because I'm going for a meal out too on sat and weekend away with my parents. No weigh in for 2 weeks but when I go back I will be continuing to maintain. I shall have to weigh in and estimate at home. Scales at home weigh 0.5 heavier than sw ones.

My other half had a chilli made from normal mince the other night instead of the extra lean we've been having for the past few months - he said it tasted so horrid an fatty it made him feel a bit ill! I do find I feel crap if I eat too much rubbish food - just shows our bodies know the type of stuff we should be eating!

My friend who also does sw felt exactly the same as me too. Bloating & tummy ache. We both blamed cakes & white bread! I've had the same effect with white bread before. The thing I wonder about is how I must have felt like that all the time to the point of it being normal before!

Exactly! It's worrying what we would have found normal and acceptable before!

I know! Looking back I had bloating, wind & pain regularly. Hardly ever now!

I don't think I ever really knew what bloating was! It was always just normal but now I recognise it! As with being hungry! That's a feeling I never really had much chance of feeling! haha and fullness!

I find that I feel similar to being hung over if I over indulge in food. I also find that I can't eat a large amount of creamy, sweet, fatty or fried things without feeling a bit sick.

Bloating is horrible. It makes me feel like my tummy is twice the size it actually is. I'm off out for a meal this Saturday as well! I'm not going to weigh in tomorrow, I shall weigh at home. Far too close to being out of target & I don't want to go back to paying £5 a week. I'm back on it anyway. Missed eating well!
 
Well, looks like I've gained 1lb tops! I'll take that:) very surprised!! May just go weigh in and not stay. Not sure yet. Mainly because when I get home I don't really want to go out again. Tree is going up tonight so my little girl sees it for the first day of her advent calendar tomorrow. Received our first card in the post yesterday too! Super early! Anyway, as of tomorrow I can start shifting some presents:)

Anyway. Ee!

D- chicken stir fry with bean sprouts, baby corn, peppers, red onion, soy sauce, noodles (1.5), curry powder.

OMG its advent tommorrow, i must get all the stuff out of the loft, the girlies do an advent tree, i started it when they were little, they put a decoration on each day and then on xmas eve we put the star on the top, they love doing it and it means i can get to decorate the other tree by myself ha ha. ooh love getting ready for xmas, done a little bit of shopping got the girls main pressies now so feeling less stressed, but still got loads to do :) good luck with wi tonight if you go but 1lb gain is ok after your busy weekend, be gone in no time xx
 
Unofficially weighed in at home and I've gained 1lb 1/4. Totally fine with that. Still in target. Happy days.

Advent is so exciting! Love it! Can't wait to put the tree up tomorrow and do advent calendar with my little girl:) x
 
Tree is up and little girl won't go to bed because she loves it so much! Advent calendar for her tomorrow. I'm jealous, it's a Lindt one and the Chocs in it sound amazing!!
