Unfortunately this is too big an undertaking to do this year. The companies who have come back with large enough premises to cater for our needs are very expensive - and logistically to arrange something on this scale is proving impossible. It is not just about finding a venue - hotels, transport etc as well as the headaches of getting monies collected, etc ....
Both Mich and I have had outside Minimins commitments, which has meant we have not been able to devote the amount of time or effort to it for this November.
I am sorry to all of you who have looked forward to it - if time/energy allows will look into a spring one maybe?
