Oooh this is exciting, I've never been to a ball before!!! Some lovely dresses there! I'm looking for one for a wedding in August, but waiting til the last minute to get one!

Has there been any movement on this? Only because; venue, DJ's, caterers have to be booked and a rough price has to be ascertained so folks here no what they need to pay and plan for hotel etc..... November is only 24 weeks away ...

Unfortunately this is too big an undertaking to do this year. The companies who have come back with large enough premises to cater for our needs are very expensive - and logistically to arrange something on this scale is proving impossible. It is not just about finding a venue - hotels, transport etc as well as the headaches of getting monies collected, etc ....

Both Mich and I have had outside Minimins commitments, which has meant we have not been able to devote the amount of time or effort to it for this November.

I am sorry to all of you who have looked forward to it - if time/energy allows will look into a spring one maybe?
