Thanks for the tip of frozen spinach, will hook myself up with that. Got some years ago but was in big blocks and didn't seem to be that nice (can't remember where from) but will try again. The rice/spinach sounds lovely.
Had an ok ish weekend, chilling seeing friends and had a few drinks Saturday evening. Not majorly off plan but not 100% on either. 1lb off this week so half a stone in 2 weeks. Nice.
Food today -
B) granola and strawberries (HexA and B)
L) jacket with beans and cheese (HexA), half a melon
D) quorn sausages and veggies. 2 syns for gravy
Snacks - banana, apples

B) multigrain porridge with bloobs, rasps and blackberries (HexA and B)
L) 2 x boiled eggs, leftover cauliflower, brocolli and courgette, banana and mullerlight (not all in one bowl!)
D) quorn chicken and veg pesto pasta with HexA cheese.
Probably have alpen light or ryvita fruit crunch later too for other b choice and some syns in spread. Pesto approx 3/4 syns. Lunch is totally random mish mash! Hopefully... it'll be yum! Xx
