I ordered one online yesterday lol!?! Got nothin planned, just a chill out few days!! Gonna get some dvds tommorow and make a chinese curry!! I cant wait!! What bout you love?? You doin anythin nice?? Xx
Off to a 30th birthday do tomorrow night with son and OH. I'll be driving (it's a 45 min drive) so no booze for me, not really bothered though to be honest. Just hope OH doesn't have too much to drink or his snoring will be even worse!! Spare room for him I think lol.

my bed might be tidy but you should see our spare room....it's not good!! It was ok up until a few days ago.....then OH put his motorbike leathers in there, his dirty oily jeans (god knows why he put them in there, surely the washing basket would have been a better place!!!), there's a pile of about 6 spare pillows at the end of the bed, I think they're breeding!!! Naughty things!!

Morning all!!!!! Well i have woke up this morn with no sign of my yucky tummy!! Woop woop!! Thank god!! And i am craving pancakes and syrup!!!! So have searching all morn for a good low syn recipe!! I cant decide whether to try the sort of eggy syn free ones or just syn a little flour to make them more authentic??? Decisions, decisions........?????? Xxxxx

Its a hard life lol.
Do the egg ones that u separate egg white and stiffen. Save your syns for chocolate later lol. Add loads of cinnamon and sweetner. Once you've eaten it you'll be on to lunch and forget what u had lol. That's what Im like.

Lol!! It will prob be closer to 12 i will be makin brekkie anyways hun as everyone in my house are lazy beggars and dont get up till late!! So it will prob be my breakfast come lunch, brunch i suppose!!
I will do hun!! Hope they turn out nice whatever i choose, only 4 syns for 25g flour?? I feel like havin a "fry" up as well!! Think i am just hank marvin today as i never really ate anything yesterday lol!! Xxx

Alrighty!! Took your advice pastagirl and made the free ones with the egg and OMG They were absolutley amazin!!!!!! Thankyou sooooo much for suggesting it hun!!! I added cinnamon and vanilla extract and drizzled a tblspn of golden syrup (2.5) over them at the end and had with bacon!!! I am really shocked at how nice they were!!
And as i also fancied a "fry" up i had a little one of those as well lol!!! Greedy beeatch that i am!! I think i am making up for yesterday!! I wont be having anything else till dinner so maybe that will be fine, eh who am i trying to convince hear ha!!! Xxx

Thankyou love!!! Mmmm subway sounds good!! What do you normally get?? The pancakes were just 2 eggs seperated, add some sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla extract to the yolks, whisk egg whites till stiff, then fold in the egg yolk mixture and fry in frylite!! So easy and really so beautiful!! I added a tablespn of golden syrup and it was delicious!!! I swear there i nothing you cant have on this plan!!!! Xxx

Breakfast: yummy syn free pancakes with tblspn golden syrup (2.5)
Also had a venison sausage (0.5) bacon, beans, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, tblspn tomato ketchup (1)
Lunch: planning on fruit as had a huge breakfast!! A red grapefruit, a pear and a raspberry tart ww yoghurt!! Love these and they are syn free!!
Dinner: mayflower chinese chicken curry made with mayflower curry sauce (4) wih added mushrooms and onions and served with homemade egg fried rice!! Cant wait!!
Snacks: i have homemade burgers made with lean mince (2) needing using up so may have one of these later with my hex-a of cheese and hex-b wholemeal roll with added red onion an jalapeno peppers, tomato ketchup (1) and extra light mayo (1) as planning on a late night of dvd watching!!
Syns: syrup (2.5) venison sausage (0.5) curry sauce (4) tomato ketchup (1) lean burger (2) tomato ketchup (1) extra light mayo (1) cheese and onion discos (7.5) mint viscount (3.5)
23 syns for today!! I count weekly so that makes 83.5/105!!

I love subway salad, i get subway club (turkey, ham and beef) no olives and a tub of sweet onion sauce on the side (2). X
