Its personal choice I love them but they dont cause me any problems they do for some.

Ive got truffle bars here which are yuk plus some old other vlcd bars too. I have a bar each day.

Tomorrow ive got to have a bar for breakfast which im not impressed with ha ha I want my choccy shakes please hurry up and come

Bloody hope so lol, just cooked hubby and brother lovely dinner and I can't have any. I said I wouldn't cook anymore but brother recently split from wife and he seems to always turn up dinner time,lol do you think he is after his dinner cooked x bless him, I don't mind hubby loves it he gets a decent dinner.

Lol it sounds like youll have an extra for dinner for quite some time to come I guess he likes your cooked dinners. Im ok with cooking now but bf cooked his and the rest of the families dinner today as hes trying to be supportive.

Well just found out that im going benidorm in Sept well that means action and means ill be super slim pulling out the stops and wont be coming off the diet until im skinny again. Defo something to make me stay on track

Shame i cant fast forward to being at target lol. I may have a bit to deal with when i get there as bf doesnt want me back to my old size so i may find myself single but as im doing this for me no mans going to keep me fat for their benefit. Onwards i can deal with what will be

After he tried to get me to eat cheese on the weekend hes been making the effort to be supportive and cooking for him and my children each night. Think he realises im not gonna stop the diet.

Said I look really slim today, I cant see it myself as ive got a way to go yet but a compliment is a compliment

Im doing ok had no shakes left so had to start day with a bar so not good. But they will be here shortly.

Yes im sure he means well. Im just so focused to lose weight.

After all ive been eating for last 2 weeks all left over stock that im not keen on. So I got to be focused to continue with products I dont like lol

Nope my orders not come yet its being delivered to my mums house as im out a lot. And shes been here with me today so ill get a call I expect later to tell me its at hers. So ill collect it friday when I go to see her.

So its a bar for breakfast every day unless I can face chilli or spaghetti for break fast ha ha ha.

Its going to be really easy once I got the flavors I like ha ha.

Lets hope its nice the carbonara. Tge exante products are 200 calories each I noticed. It doesnt make much difference as its still very low calorie

Im feeling rather tired today and ive got karate later so will be a long night ha ha ha

I might email them both to see where the order is as I needs it hehehe

Bf is cooking again for kids and him tonight which is nice. I dont sit in same rooms as him eating because im not enjoying my packs so I dont want to see nice food lol.

Exciting stuff once your packs come you can start losing weight yay
