missemma's 10 stone journey

I'm off to paperchase at the weekend lol. I love little things like that :) most of my diarys come from there xxx

I love Paperchase they have so many nice things in there :D

Food today:

Breakfast as already mentioned.

Lunch - home made sushi & cucumber sticks.
I've had 2 small Starbucks so 5 syns & 2 babybel lights for another 4 syns.

Tea - 3 quorn sausages, mashed potato, 2 syns pesto & mushy peas.

11 syns in total for today.

Feeling a bit rubbish, think I have the start of tonsilitis as my tonsils are red and inflammed and have white spots on them. I've phoned in sick for tomorrow, boo. I hate phoning in sick :( always makes me feel guilty.

Food all sounds lovely for today, hope it isn't tonsilitis you're coming down with! xx

Oh no!! I can totally sympathise with you..... I suffer from tonsillitis regularly..... It's horrible!! Hope you feel better soon hun..... Plenty of rest and fluid. Xxxxx

Thank you, you lovely ladies. Just woke up, feel pretty rough but better than yesterday thank god.

I jumped on my scales this morning after my awful weekend, 13.11. Bloody hell. It was 13.3 on Saturday. That'll teach me. Definitely in for a gain this week, infuriating that I was so stupid and are so badly but onwards & downwards.

I have no clue about food today as my brain is bunged up.
Think I may have a green day. I have loads of quorn mince that needs using up.

Breakfast- 35g bran flakes, 150 mls milk & cherries. (HEb & some of HEa used).

Lunch- low fat cottage cheese, 4 ryvita & small side salad?

Tea- quorn mince spag bol with whole wheat spaghetti?

Sounds quite nice if you ask me! Hehe

Sounds like a lovely day hun. I love Cherries so much. Glad to hear you are feeling slightly better, keep yourself well rested xxx

Having a soup craving right now, something nice to go down my sore throat. I just remembered I have a tin of butter beans in the cupboard, might use them to make some carrot & butterbean soup! This does mean dragging myself out of bed though...

My soup has butterbeans in them - they are awesome! xxx

Butterbeans always remind me of my Granny as she used to always cook them :D haven't had them for ages. I actually bought them a while ago to make some burgers I saw in a recipe but I really fancy them with some soup :D

Okay, food was yummy. I haven't changed my mind about dinner and I'm going to have quorn with tomatoes & pasta. I've only had 1/2 my HEa today as well so going to top it with a babybel or two.

I've had 2 portions of the soup, it was really tasty. I've also had some beef hoops & crosses for 4 syns, they were really yummy and just like a proper bag of crisps, they reminded me of monster munch, yummers.

Food all sounds good, glad to hear you're feeling a bit better today :) Boo to the scales today, but huge big yay to you getting back on plan so quickly afterwards!! :D xx

Thanks my dear. Feeling even better today which is good - although means back to work tomorrow (boo).

Today I've been looking through everything I have in the cupboard, decided today will more than likely be another green day, I want to make the vegetable ramen that's in the Taste Of Asia cook book, I've got some dried noodles that I can use and it's my favourite thing to eat in Wagas so think I'm going to have it :D

Foodage:

Breakfast - 1/2 HEa worth of hot milk made into a coffee (150mls milk used), 2 alpen light bars (HEb).

Lunch - Think I'm going to have low fat cottage cheese, ryvita & a small side salad.

Tea - Vegetable ramen from the TOA book. I've got noodles, courgettes, garlic, carrots, spinach that needs using up, and some spring onions actually. I think I also have some quorn chicken pieces that need using up too so may chuck those in too. Yummers, sounds lovely.

My cupboards are slowly getting bare, I need to go shopping at some point this week!.

Okay lunch was:

Low fat cottage cheese with 2 syns pesto stirred in (nom), salad with 0.5 syns of light salad cream on & 4 Ryvita dark rye for my second HEb.

I've had half a 0.5 syn sugar free jelly & just made a hot chocolate for 2 syns. So 4.75 syns had so far. Haha, maybe I'll just eat the rest of the jelly for the other .25 of syn!
Might munch some beef hoops & crosses too but shall see.

Oh and I've drank 1litre of water today so far too :)

Food sounds awesome today hun! How was the ramen? Glad to hear you're on the mend xx

I haven't made it just yet, going to start it shortly just watching something good on the TV first :D

Another litre of water down, another 500mls and I would have hit 100% on that Water Balance app, that's including a big coffee too, woo.

Do we have any plans for the meetup yet? When/where are we meeting or did you tell me in the PM (I should check) :D

Oh yes, am muchly excited about it all (but peeing my pants as I'm a nervous type of person at first hehe). 11 is fine by me as I can get to anywhere in London, I'm eassssy peasy :D hopefully the weather will be fine but if not we can always go somewhere to get food that sells SW style food, Nandos or Spoons (jacket potato anyone).

Picture of my lunch and dindins as below, the ramen was well noice, I was busy doing something at the time and got distracted so forgot to put my quorn pieces in, oopsy.
