missemma's 10 stone journey

Well hello to you all.

I'm here for a quick update before I go and get ready for bed as I'm shattered.

Foodage:

Pre work snack - Breakfast.
Breakfast - Alpen light, fruit (mango & pinapple).
Lunch - 4 ryvita (HEb), 60g low low (HEa), tomato & cucumber. 1 orange & 1 danio strawberry (1 syn).
Tea - Lettuce, peppers, tomato, mushrooms, spring onion, lean beef, 2 boiled eggs & 1 syn salad cream.
Snack - Alpen light (HEb) & hot choc 2 syns.

That's 4 syns total for the day.

Gym, well I did 22 minutes of running and 13 minutes walking plus 15 minutes on the bike, felt properly sweaty and hot afterwards too which is a sign of a good work out. Gym one last time for this week tomorrow. Haven't put my battery in the scales yet so am off to do that now (please let it show me a nice number with the new battery in) hehe xx

Also day three of squats done :)

13.5 same as this morning haha! What a boring post this was eh! Oh well least it didn't say LO (which was secretly a nice feeling haha). I've never been LO before ;)
 
The lovely scales showed me 13.3 this morning, another 2lbs off since yesterday. The 13.7 it showed on Monday is long gone, whoop. It would be unrealistic to see the 12's this week I think. Even 13 would be amazing but not getting my hopes up.

Gym tonight then that's my 3rd session for the week. No LBT this week as ill be in Seaford Saturday morning! I really wanna try yoga though!

Food is redredred and pretty similar to yesterday;

Alpen light before work.
Pineapple & cherries for breakfast.
HEa milk used in various coffees - probably not a whole HEa though.
Ryvita & low low for lunch with pepper sticks & tomato. Danio yoghurt.
Alpen light post gym.
And then a salad for dinner with either ham or cottage cheese! Ill decide tonight.

Lovely food day!

Yay to the scales! I love seeing a quick drop like that after an indulgent weekend, just goes to show how much water and salt retention we have after alcohol ay.

Yeah it's true. I think the 3 trips to the gym and that day off 500 calories has also helped plus I've eaten a lot of fruit/veg rather than pasta etc so as Tesco says, every little helps :D it's spurring me on to get to the gym tonight!

Thanks missy :) did 30 mins treadmill, 15 of that walking so feel good now! 3rd day in a row so didn't push it too hard!

Dinner was: 2 egg omelette with mushroom & ham with 1 babybel light as the remainder of my second HEa. I also had salad with it and 1 syn salad cream.
My second alpen light I didn't bother eating as I'm full up.

So that's 2 syns today.

Tomorrow is a fast day! Easy as its Friday and I rarely eat dinner on the evening before WI. Cons on body lets get rid of 2lbs :D
I've planned my food already and have 80 calories left to play with!

I'm a fool and thought I was on day 3 squats but it should be rest day soooo am going to pretend I haven't done it twice and rest tomorrow instead. D'oh.

Just attempting the bingo wing challenge now!
 
Have I ever said how much I love my scales? Today they're showing a further 2lb loss and are sitting at 13.1. Weigh in is tomorrow! Fast day today! If I could lose a further lb then that would make me so happy and if a further 2lb (unlikely) then it would be the 12's and 120lbs off. Not getting my hopes up though.

As I said today is a fast day and this is the food I have prepared so far;

There is 80 calories left. My plan is to save the 2 alpen lights for after work but if I'm really hungry at work I'm going to eat one. A babybel is like 40 calories so I can snack on one later if needs be. 80 cals is quite a lot! I might even buy a banana! Haha how exciting is my life ;)

No hunger today I've done quite well. Only had 422 cals didn't fancy anything else xx
