You could have fish and chips - well, SW way! Have the fish but remove all batter and have it with mushy peas. That's completely free on EE although granted lacks superfree. But you could have fruit before hand.

So it's this week they move! Bet that's come around quick. I've just been on the phone to one of my close friends and she has told me she is moving all the way to ramsgate next saturday :( sucks when they go but like I said, always nice to get away and visit them.

Moving away truly sucks but like you told me least it's in the uk still plus there is Skype & texts these days. Don't think I'll ever come round to the fact they've moved but I do feel better about it now especially since seeing you can see the sea from their new pad, hello sunbathing in the summer :) xx
 
Just standing in my kitchen eating half a jar of beetroot. Hope it's syn free as its delicious. Someone will have to remind me how much I ate when I complain I've got bright red poo!

Okay, in total for today....

Extra Easy.

Breakfast:
2 slices wholewheat bread (heB), 2 'fried' eggs, 2 quorn sausages (5 syns), ketchup (0.5 syns) & extra light mayo (0.5 syns).

Lunch:
Slimming world styleeeee sweet & sour chicken with rice.

Tea:
2 slices lean ham, 5 crabsticks, 1/4 jar of pickled beetroot, mug of chicken bovril. NOM.

Pudding: defrosted frozen cherries & raspberries topped with a tsp of sweetner & a turkish delight muller.

HEa has been pretty much a splash of milk in 2 coffees. It all adds up though.

Total syns: 6.
Weekly syns: 17.5/70.

I have been trying to plan the next couple of days, so tomorrow will probably be a red day, I've made a ham salad for lunch & I have some of my chicken sweet & sour left (just the meat part I didn't have any rice left) that I can have with some veggies once I get back from the gym. Going to try and get to aqua aerobics tomorrow for the first time, I finish work at 6 and the class starts at 615 however you usually have to be there 30mins beforehand because they give out tickets, first come first served. Think I'm going to try and get to work earlier so I can leave earlier, although there is a 90% chance that I won't be able to leave early because we have been short staffed for the whole year almost and I can already hear the 'oh we're so glad you're here Emma, we are 2 nurses down' speech tomorrow morning. Gah. Fingers crossed though.

Tuesday will be another salad for lunch I think, and then since it's pancake day Tuesday I am going to make myself some magic porridge pancakes. I shall put my oats to soak the morning I leave for work, then when I get home (I think I'll go swimming again first) I'll have pancakes with banana and fruit I think, I have some honey in the cupboard so will probably have a bit of that too. I'll have to have a green day so that I can have two HEb's, have my weetabix for breakfast and then pancakes for dindins.

Wednesday is moving day so I'll have some cereal before we leave, then I'll make a sarnie to take with me, going to have an egg salad sarnie I think, or just take it all seperate so I can make it when I get there. I have this wierd mindset that if you have a sandwich it's not that much but if you eat two slices of bread seperately with the toppings on them it's a bigger meal. I'll get a mugshot to take with me as well I think, and then possibly some kind of pasta/quorn business that I can heat up in my parents new house.

Thursday I'm off again so I'm meeting the OH for lunch, we, well I decided we can go for a picnic, that way I can't stray off the plan and can take my own slimming world goodies.

Friday, I have no clue, I'm working so lunch will be a salad for sure. I will endeavour to go swimming again on Friday. I do like a bit of swimming, I think (and hope) that it will tone my arms a little bit.
 
Red day today;

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with hot milk (200mls semi skimmed) & defrosted frozen fruit.

Lunch: ham salad (lettuce, toms, cucumber) & a muller light.

4 lengths of the swimming pool & 45 mins of aquafit.

Dinner: left overs from last night with veggies. 1 mini babybel light to make up my HEa.
Snacked on 3 slices lean ham & beetroot <3
Banana.

Syns: 17.5/70.

Sweet & sour leftovers were so good! It's so tasty would have been much better with rice but red day so veggies sufficed!

Am shattered after aqua, such a good workout :D
 
Today's food - green day.

2 weetabix with 200mls milk and some raspberries.

Lunch was salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, Brussels) and low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner was slimming world pancakes. Oh my they were lovely. I ate the whole mix to myself as I'm a piggie but it was my dinner.
I had fruit & 1tsp honey on top (1 syn). Divine.

Syns 18.5/70.

Yes I did, I used oats so simple which I know is no longer a HE but I need to use the box & refuse to syn them as its an old box I had before they changed it.

Got my food all sorted for tomorrow's big move. Sad to say I already feel super tearful at the thought of my family home being empty and driving away as lame as that is. Dreading it sosososo much, but more used to the rents being further out but I do love that house, many a happy memory there. Sob.

I've got an egg mayo sandwich with spinach & cucumber for lunch with a packet of Oddities (5 syns) and a quorn mince style pasta thing for dinner. It's got quorn, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, pepper & spinach in. I am prepared. I also have a mug shot should I get peckish but I doubt I will.

Sure ill pop in here at some point. Am just off to stare at my flowers :D xx
 
Well I hope the move goes as well as it can, and just think, you can make some new memories in the new house too!

Your planned food sounds perfect and very well organised :D I would be awful and just 'wing it' which is naughty.

I just don't want to stray, trying really hard this week, it's valentines Thursday so not going for dinner will be hard. Desperate to shift 3lbs this week but we shall see! I hope I can hehe. Well done on your loss, you've done so well.

I've been occupying myself tonight practicing nail art, bit pants but for a first time...

Yesterday went well, all moved in, don't envy my parents right now though with all the boxes they have to unpack.

Food went well, I stuck to my food whilst everyone ate cake, fish & chips, chocolate bars, sandwiches with cheese and cheese coldslaw so am pretty pleased with myself.

Food;
Bowl of porridge (HEb) with 180mls milk (hea) and honey (1 syn).

2 slices WM bread (HEb) with 2 boiled eggs mushed into extra light mayo (0.5 syn) and spinach. Cucumber. Tomato & herb mugshot.

Snack: muller Greek style (0.5syn) and bacon Oddities (5 syns).

Tea: quorn mince, whole wheat pasta, tomatoes, spinach, garlic, ginger, onions & mushrooms.

Tea/coffee with milk x 4 (HEa)

Total daily syns: 7/10
