Okay, in total for today....
Extra Easy.
Breakfast:
2 slices wholewheat bread (heB), 2 'fried' eggs, 2 quorn sausages (5 syns), ketchup (0.5 syns) & extra light mayo (0.5 syns).
Lunch:
Slimming world styleeeee sweet & sour chicken with rice.
Tea:
2 slices lean ham, 5 crabsticks, 1/4 jar of pickled beetroot, mug of chicken bovril. NOM.
Pudding: defrosted frozen cherries & raspberries topped with a tsp of sweetner & a turkish delight muller.
HEa has been pretty much a splash of milk in 2 coffees. It all adds up though.
Total syns: 6.
Weekly syns: 17.5/70.
I have been trying to plan the next couple of days, so tomorrow will probably be a red day, I've made a ham salad for lunch & I have some of my chicken sweet & sour left (just the meat part I didn't have any rice left) that I can have with some veggies once I get back from the gym. Going to try and get to aqua aerobics tomorrow for the first time, I finish work at 6 and the class starts at 615 however you usually have to be there 30mins beforehand because they give out tickets, first come first served. Think I'm going to try and get to work earlier so I can leave earlier, although there is a 90% chance that I won't be able to leave early because we have been short staffed for the whole year almost and I can already hear the 'oh we're so glad you're here Emma, we are 2 nurses down' speech tomorrow morning. Gah. Fingers crossed though.
Tuesday will be another salad for lunch I think, and then since it's pancake day Tuesday I am going to make myself some magic porridge pancakes. I shall put my oats to soak the morning I leave for work, then when I get home (I think I'll go swimming again first) I'll have pancakes with banana and fruit I think, I have some honey in the cupboard so will probably have a bit of that too. I'll have to have a green day so that I can have two HEb's, have my weetabix for breakfast and then pancakes for dindins.
Wednesday is moving day so I'll have some cereal before we leave, then I'll make a sarnie to take with me, going to have an egg salad sarnie I think, or just take it all seperate so I can make it when I get there. I have this wierd mindset that if you have a sandwich it's not that much but if you eat two slices of bread seperately with the toppings on them it's a bigger meal. I'll get a mugshot to take with me as well I think, and then possibly some kind of pasta/quorn business that I can heat up in my parents new house.
Thursday I'm off again so I'm meeting the OH for lunch, we, well I decided we can go for a picnic, that way I can't stray off the plan and can take my own slimming world goodies.
Friday, I have no clue, I'm working so lunch will be a salad for sure. I will endeavour to go swimming again on Friday. I do like a bit of swimming, I think (and hope) that it will tone my arms a little bit.
