Your get there! I never thought I'd get here but it's just a long road but we can all do it! We just need to persevere! Your soon catch me up I'm sure! Then we can switch bikini ideas haha!

It's so worthwhile I'd never go back now! I'm really beginning to feel great I can see a huge difference now! Couldnt before but this week i really can and I'm loving it it's these feelings that keep me going!!

Must admit I'm starving today I'm thinking it's te exercise increase maybe?! X
 
I'm not sure what's wrong with me!!

Feeling a bit sicky today! A bit bloated and bluh hoping I'll snap outta it :)

But still feeling ultra positive for this week! X
 
Feeling better now - had my hair done feeling very relaxed!

Cooking a ff chicken roast! And looking forward to it!! Mmmm

Having another good week feels great :)

I'm doing stir fry for dinner never had one before could be interesting! X

Well I've tried a pretend Stir fry lol - the veg as mushroom with no meat noodles or sauce ugh vile especially as I don't like mushrooms so I making a proper one to try! Lol x

Well I enjoyed the stir fry haha rather yummy intact!

I'm feeling much better I'm sure the exercise today helped me feel better!

45 min spin followed by. 27min run!

Felt exhausted afterwards though - hoping it'll all be ok for wi! Hope so! X
 
Wow go you, that's fabulous, running for 27 mins is great!!

Or am I just insane lol!

I'm just hoping it doesn't back fire on me and make my muscles retain water for repair :s x
 
But if it does you know it will come off next week ... Make sure you drink plenty of water x
 
Well I had a sneaky look at the scales! 13.7.5!!! Yey!

Think my body has had enough of exercise this week but still gonna go for spinning and a run today and take the weekend off! Completely!

I'm going home the weekend and I'm extremely concerned about the food that's available at home! Think I may take some with me! Can't ruin all my hard work :) x

And I am sure you won't ruin it. With a good weekend you could lose another 1/2lb & just think a few weeks ago you said you'd never get under 14!!!! Xx

Well having a bad evening - I was so hungry this evening I ate myself to stuffing!

I am was so full and bloated (still am!) I felt quite sick and heavy and extremely panic stricken and guilty!

Was over my Sw syns but under my mfp goal total of 1396 cals goal was 1470+500 for spin.

So looking at the positive ... Well trying here's to a better day tomorrow hey :) x
