Well, after a stressful day (presentation at college - yuck, stress and nerves!!), I have stuck to it.
Planning a quorn & lentil curry with sweet potato & spinach side for supper tonight.
Plus one CD hot choc too.
I feel & look less bloated already, it’s amazing the effect of low carb on my body, just need to remember tht when I am tempted my carby foods.
