right, i've been on slimming world since april 2008 and have managed to lose 24lbs so far, which i'm really pleased about.
i do the plan by sticking to it 100% all week, then on the night i get weighed-in i allow myself to eat whatever i fancy without counting sins, etc. this has helped me stick to plan during the week as i know if i'm craving something i can have it on a thursday night.
towards the end of june it was my boyfriends birthday and i'd planned to take 2 days off plan to celebrate with him. however, 2 days turned into 4! because of this i skipped class that week as my scales showed a 5lb gain and i couldn't face being told that in class, so i spent 9 days on plan 100%, with a few success express days added in, to undo the damage. when i weighed in last week i had maintained, which means whatever weight i'd put on i'd managed to lost again, which is brilliant. unfortunately i can feel that i'm starting to struggle, which i knew would happen, as i've done slimming world before. previously this is the point where my diet ends and i lose the plot - BIG TIME! but i'm not going to let it happen this time around. i feel like i'm clinging on to the side of the ship...and it's down to me to pull myself back on.
this is why i've decided to keep a diary on here. hopefully it will be all i need to get me back on plan.
