Limedragon, 3lb is brilliant after a 10lb loss, that's a total of 13lb in just 2 weeks!!!
Following week 1 weigh in, you have to realise and appreciate that every half pound you lose is half a pound of FAT!!! Get yourself 2 half pound pats of butter or lard and try and say that 1lb is not a big fat loss!!!! Multiply it by or 3 and you have an incredible amount of fat in your hands that you have lost off your body!!!!! We're losing fat and not fluid now so rejoice and celebrate getting slimmer by the day.
Also......we need to look at the overall picture. 1 stone a month is the guarantee from Lipotrim (as a minimum really) so can anybody tell me which other diet will give you that guarantee and actually deliver it for you??? Look at the accumulative weight loss on a monthly basis and you will soon see how fantastic you're doing.
