ProPoints Monday Weigh In

I gained 6.5lb this week. Problems with my bowels (I hadn't gone all week!) hopefully I will lose this by next Monday. Very disheartening :(
 
I've been away for a while and completly fell off the wagon! It all started when I went away in July and 7 weeks later I'm back to my begining weight.9st 4 so here we go I'm a beginner again. Any advice?

Hello, I am new to Monday weigh ins. I just moved so have started a new group after a 3 month break. I lost 101lb and then stopped pointing for a few months. Back on track now and 6lb lost at my first week back :). (happy dance)
 
Another half off now lost 50 lbs!!!!
 
Only 1/2 lb to go to my original goal of 2 stone off! Doing Pro-points 26 weeks next week - it has been no bother and have found it relatively painless. Lost focus after holidays, but back on trak now that I am on the home straight. As long as you track everything it works well. I lose much more on the weeks that I exercise more too. My new goal is BMI of 24.5 which will be a further 3.5 lbs so giving myself another month for that. Really want that gold card sooooo badly now. Weekend in London at end of Sept so want to be able to celebrate my 2 stone off with some shopping - :fingerscrossed: - fingers crossed for next Monday WI!!!

Hello :). I started Monday weigh ins recently too. It's a bit close to the weekend for my liking but never mind. Another 1 off this week. 7 in two weeks so I am a very happy kitty. Good luck x
