Aww Hun it's ok, it's not a gain and that's the main thing :) well done teacheronww that's a brill loss, 1.5 off for me this week

I weigh in on Mondays can I join please! I do it at home rather then go to class!
Started back last Monday to loose the last 21lbs making me 9st 7lbs!
Weighed in this morning and lost 7lbs! I'm now 10st 7lbs! 14lbs to go!

Total loss so far- 35lbs
 
Can I join in as well please? Went completely back to basics this week as I've been biting and not writing recently! Used all weeklies and dailies and lost 4.2lbs! Delighted :) Well done to everyone xx
 
1.5 off this week pleased feeling that if I maintain over Xmas I will have done well!
