I STS this week. I am pleased with that though this week as it was my birthday yesterday and I had alot of unplanned days out during the week so I didn't keep within my propoints allowance.
I am going to do a week of sticking to my daily allowance, not touching my weekly propoints, and writing down everything that I eat/drink to help me get back on track.
1st 5lbs down and I am not going to ruin it now
