Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Oh girls, love you all so much :) you make me smile and now I cant understand how I manage to be away for week. Ofc when I get home I will log into my game and everything else is out of my mind :)

Proud to say that I was good girl today. Did not have anything naugty and did even have to fight with myself. Pretty easy day.

Had my food with me and that made it easyer.

On my way to bus stop I saw this on shop window. Look at this. I love it. Cant wait when I will be able to wear something like this. This is so me. I will look so great on those dresses :)

So here I am again. I must say I feel like I have had energy boos or something. Fact is I had. Sow my friend who I missed so long over weekend and only to imagine friends face when we meet will be amazing.
Some of my friends back home know that I have joined SW and some dont. Even those who know cant really see me so much smaller. Im dreaming of going home and surprise them all :3

Last night at work, my co- workers , smartpants!!! were offering me all kind of wrong food. Ice cream and cookies but I didnt want any. Not that I didnt had any - I didnt want any. Thats the difference , I want so much to slim down and I have my boost over weekend , feeling strong and beautiful :) as always :p and modest hahah
Can you tell Im in good mood today ?
Its because my scales love me again. When I first started SW I lost 20 lbs in month for 2 months in row. I had wings. I lost weight every day. Wish I could get that back. Right now at least seems I have something similar going on as I lost 800 g yesterday. If I can keep it up I will be back in no time :) so 116,4 todays weight.

Day 4 today and here is my breakfast and lunch :)
Breakfast 9:20
Crisp bread and soft cheese (he) with smoked salmon, cucumber. 1 egg and mayo (1s), coffee (1s)

Cottage cheese, cucumber, buckwheat with mushroom and beef mince. Apple, mandarin and banana.

Same thing have with me for work and I know I will be fine :)

You may notice I add meal times. I need to check me not eating too often, as I cant sometimes u derstand Im not hungry. :)
If its possible I try to keep 4 hours between my meals. Not always doable but at least keeps me eating every hour or two :)

And then we got so busy and I got so hungry that I could not get bread out of my head. So I made myself an toasted ham and cheese sw. 8syns

Total of 16 syns. I went one over but I did not had all my syns yesterday or day before.
Now look at those photos. I did and reason why im not happy is that this sw is waist of syns. I did not had anything with me for dinner and I wont make that mistake again. I dont want to waist syns on something that small how ever tasty it may be. I want to feel full or I will want to snack again. Dont know if it makes sence for you but does for me. Anyhow - proud to survive this day and ready for next one :)

The day I had yesterday was - wow. So busy , that I did not have time to even eat properly.

Scale were so kind to me yesterday. 115,2 and I was so happy. Getting back there where I was month ago.

Breakfast 10:00
Eggs, cottage cheese, beans, crisp bread and soft cheese (he) , smoked salmon, tomatoe. Coffee 1syn, banana.

Lunch 14:00
Chicken filee, red mullet, potatoe. I just grab somethings from buffee and kept working. I will say 5 syns as there were some oil in fish. To be sure.

Dinner 21:30 ( first moment I could spent enough time to fill my mouth with anything )
Steak sirloin and tikka masala sauce. Meat is free but tikka sauce have 2 cream in it. So I would say another 5 syns to be safe side.

Had orange and banana when I got home after midnight.

As an result today scale were smiling and showed me 114,2 :) almost there. It really feels like I am back. Like it was for first weeks in sw. Losing weight every day. Other hand, I dont think its fat Im losing as I ganed most of this weight for short period of time, and now it drops same. Either way Im very happy and maybe even will get my new year target. That would be 105 kg at first 2015 year WI. 9 kg to go. Doable :)

Lunch 11:30
Potatoe with cottage cheese and fresh salad. Served with chili beans and baecon. Syn free yogurt and coffee 2 syns.
Had big plateful as I know it will be busy again and I dont want to go hungry in middle of rush.

My buckwheat I had with me yesterday is still at work, so Im good to have sw friendly food when I get hungry.

Girls only 2 days to go. I so want to hit my 113,4 mark and get back to my lowest sw weight :)
Feeling and looking beautiful. I am so amaized with myself and even tho Im so overweighted I think Im totaly doable and sexy , lol.

Morning to all , busy night yesterday and I had hardly any time to eat.
buckwheat with mince and mushrooms, farmage frais and fresh salad was my dinner , all syn free.
2 syns for adding cocoa powder to frais and make it dessert.

As an result - my scale were glowing today - Im back baby , yes yes yes , 113,8 :D Almost back to my lowest weight and back to track. Need another 400 g to be at my lowest weigth. Tomorrow is WI in sw class and I will be so happy to see same number there again. After gaining stone back over last month it feels so good to get it back down again.
You may wonder how I manage to lose so much weight in one day and to be honest I dont know- this what aways happens at sw first weeks. People lose huge amount of weight in first few weeks. I did too . Lost 9,5 lbs in my second week. I have been doing sw for 40 weeks now, 6 of them I had have gain. And I have lost total of 87,5 lbs . That would make about 2 lbs in week. My BMI have drop from 51,9 to 38,5 and to think that I lost stone before joining slimming word , its crazy how good this year have been
In one year we have 52 weeks. If by the time I hit my 52 weeks target I have lost 52 kilos I will be so happy- honestly - that would be so awesome :D

Anyhow - today is my one day off and I will spend time playing my game , lol - ofc and drinking lots and lots of water. I need that number on scales tomorrow =)

you have done amazingly to get back to your lowest SW weight. You're going to smash through that by the end of November - I am absolutely sure of it.

and what a year you've had. 87 pounds is unbelievable. I think you would have lost 100 pounds by the end of the year. That is amazing.

Thank you both =) I could never do it alone. I honestly think if I had no thread here I would not be able to stay on track.

AngelicBee - its easy. You need to boil buckwheat / depends of buckwheat but pack always have instruction how is the best to boil it / - I let water to boil, then added buckwheat , salt and turn the heat on medium let it boil 10-12 min until its soft and almost out of water, then i turn heat into low and put lid on pot to and leave it for another 5 min. If you never boiled buckwheat before , try to boil it as rice and pasta, and when buckwheat is soft , pour the extra water away. The way it should be done is to let all the water go into buckwheat and when your buckwheat is ready there should be no water left in pan. Buckwheat is ready when you can not taste grain, dont leave it al dente =) When buckwheat is boild correctly it will be grainy and not wet or watery.

so same time when I boil my buckwheat in other pan i fry up onions, mince and mushrooms, add salt and pepper for seasoning and when buckwheat is done mix it together. You could use any meat to be honest - beacon, chicken, pork - what ever you like , only meat must be cooked before you mix em together.
Its best to serve buckwheat with something , as its dry - I love it with butter and sour cream /not on same time tho, lol / but as Im on diet I changed to formage frais or yogurt. You can eat it plain too - up to you.

If you have some leftover buckwheat from day before- its suits very well to make an salad from it
Add veggies , ham or cold meat, oil , seasoning and your ready to go =)
