hi all

im starting go lower on monday an its basically atkins.jus wanted 2 know more about atkins diet.is there any gd websites where i can find about the atkins diet???i dont really know much about it!thanks

Good luck with go lower.

I don't know a huge amount about Atkins, but there is a website that they have which takes you through the stages. It's very focussed on selling their products, but if you get past that, there are some good recipes on there.

Jim always advises people to get the Atkins book and have a good read. There is also the Neris and India Idiot Proof Diet (there's a thread on Low Carb board) and this is just their own take on Atkins and South Beach, but is also a good read.
