Hi all i'v decided to start a diary here on minimins as i'm feeling really motivated recently, and i love talking to other people about weight loss and having people join me along the journey. I weigh in at on Thursdays at 7pm, and i currently weigh 10st 6lb and gagging to hit the 9's!
so todays food intake, 04/03/2013
Breakfast: orange sprinkled with chocolate mullerlight on chopped banana
Lunch: Bachelors savoury rice, 2 alpen lights and another banana
Snack: marks and spencers strawberry and white choc popcorn (6 syns) <-- this stuff is seriously lush!
Dinner: Turkey meatballs, tagliatelle and vegetables, then a raspberry shape yoghurt after.
Total Syns: 6
