Breakfast: weight watchers peach yoghurt, 2 alpen lights(hexb)

Lunch: pork, lettuce leaves, 1tbsp mayo(1/2), strawberry weight watchers yoghurt

Dinner: chilli and rice

Okay I've had a very stressful time recently, lots going on, which resulted in a 2lb weight gain last week. And this week wasnt much better food wise but I still managed to lose half a pound at weigh in today:)

But I've had my off plan time, and now it's back to business and back to tracking my intake at minimins!

Lunch/dinner: 2 ryvita fruit crunch(4.5), banana

I was to busy to eat dinner so lunch became dinner to. Xx
