Thanx LyndaAnn, Im not managing too much else but the steps all add up.
Yesterdays 26625 steps 11.09 miles. Did do 25 10 second planks too.
Todays 25012 steps 10.53 miles, and week 5 of C25K and 5 repetitions of 20 squats throughout the day.
