Great idea. Am going to print off the tree now. Have lost 19lb and another stone before christmas would be really nice - would still have long way to go but so long as its going down down down. Got my first comments last night when I was out........ Have you lost weight.... I LOVE IT. Feels better than any packet of crisps!
