Mousse mix!

I've finally perfected no lump mousse mix and thought I'd share the results of my experimentation

I've tried a few methods and some have gone more wrong than others, but this worked brilliantly last night. I opened a shake packet and put the two teaspoons of mousse mix into the packet. Then I used a teaspoon to very gently mix the mousse mix into the shake powder until it was completely mixed all the way through. Blended that with the hand blender for 90 seconds and there wasn't a single lump

Good on you that's how I used to do it,but used a smoothies to go instead!

Any time I do it I get a thick milkshake n ut never sets why is that

Andy, maybe try slightly more powder and/or less water?
