Day 7 - 100% TS - Exercise/Intake
1 x Vanilla shake (300ml of water and a spoon of instant espresso, 30 minutes before hitting the gym)
Went to the gym and did a 'Devils' workout, burning 666 calories...
Bike, 200 calories
Xtrainer, 200 calories
Treadmill, 266 calories burnt, completed just over 2mi (3.25km) in 30 minutes
1ltr of water (700ml drank during the workout, 350ml after)
Home Workout (straight after the gym), completed 2 sets of the below;
20 seconds of Knee Ups (Lower Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Demi Crunches (Upper Abs)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds Seated Russian Twist with a 6 KG Medicine Ball (Obliques)

20 seconds Plank (Core)

20 seconds Side Plank (Core Right Side)

20 seconds of Press Ups (Upper Body)
