Whoo hoo - well done MrMojo, thats a fab weightloss. And I'm sure the extra cals won't change much this week either, its still really low calorie anyway!
After my second weekend of being off plan altogether I have gained 0.8 lb. Not too bad considering I suppose.
I'm not going to focus purely on my weight loss from now on, as I've started my training plan for the 10 mile race in October and I'm cycling 6 miles (3 miles each way) to work each day. So I'm expecting to gain a bit of weight as I start to build muscle, although my measurements should start to improve, before the weight comes off
