Well I haven't gained this week, after eating way more than I should have, I'm down 0.4lb so it can't be bad.

I've also lost 0.5 inch off my waist since last week. Missed my week 4 target, am I bothered? :D

After my second weekend of being off plan altogether I have gained 0.8 lb. Not too bad considering I suppose.

I'm not going to focus purely on my weight loss from now on, as I've started my training plan for the 10 mile race in October and I'm cycling 6 miles (3 miles each way) to work each day. So I'm expecting to gain a bit of weight as I start to build muscle, although my measurements should start to improve, before the weight comes off :D
