I'm really pleased with how this weekend has gone. I can't believe how easy I'm finding it to eat well! This week coming is a busy one with lots of meals out etc, but for once I'm not nervous. I'm planning on having what I want within reason and aiming to choose something sw friendly. The one thing I won't be having is any deserts or puddings, as I'm still avoiding sweet things until I have my GTT on Friday morning. Tomorrow night I'm out with the girls and I'm planning on having a spag bol which comes with garlic bread, so I'm just flexi syning that meal. I'll be on plan the rest of the day.
Mondays food - just need to squeeze in some heb's!

Apple, banana, orange
Shape yogurt 1 syn
2 wholemeal crackerbread (part of heb - had planned on having more but didn't get round to it!)
2 laughing cow (part of hea - same again didn't get round to having more!)
