So I started my slimming world journey back in April with the aim of losing 2 stone for my wedding on 21st September......I did it (yay!) and now I'm back to shift the final stone to get to target.

I weighed 13st 4lb in April, slimmed down to 11st 4lb for September but following an all-inclusive honeymoon....I'm starting again at 11st 9lb......

Target is around 10st 5lb - BRING IT ON!!
 
MONDAY
Had a sickness bug so managed cereal (hexb) & milk (hexa).

TUESDAY
Lunch - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tbsp salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - baked cod (hexb x2), rice, broccoli, baby corn, cheese (hexa)

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), muller greek (1/2 syn), satsuma, melon, grapes
 
WEDNESDAY
Lunch - left over rice, sweetcorn

Dinner - chicken breast (hexb x2) stuffed with light philli (hexa), new potatoes, veg

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), melon, grapes, satsuma, pear, options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), meringue nest with muller greek & squirt cream (4 1/2 syns)

Morning and well done on reaching your target for the wedding! That gain is nothing really considering it was all inclusive!

At my weigh-in last Thursday i was 11-3 and my target is 10 so we've got roughly the same to lose :) Not sure what I will weigh tomorrow as i transferred over from atkins 2 days ago so may even have a gain but fingers crossed a sts or even a loss x
 
good luck for your WI! I don't go to class but I weigh myself at home on Monday mornings, feeling really good to be getting back on plan again after all the rubbish I've eaten for the last few weeks.....although someone has bought loads of haribo in to work which is tempting me lots..... xx
 
Haribo is my favourite treat.........oh and chocolate and haagen daaz!

I dont go to class either but have been weighing myself on a Thursday morning. I may start a class in November though. My other half has just booked us a holiday to Cancun at the end of January and now i'm considering lowering my target to 9stone or 9 and a half, will have to think about it x
 
Lol I have soooo many weaknesses it sucks, I gave up smoking a few years ago, I don't drink and now I can't eat too much of my favourite things but it was so worth it to hear all the lovely compliments at our wedding.

It's really really good to have something like a holiday to use as motivation, just think about bikinis! Would 9 1/2 stone be a sensible weight for you? I can't see stats on the phone app xx
 
That's a good plan, I don't like those weight stats because they make me feel I should be at the lower end (although my target weight is smack in the middle of the "ideal" range for my height - 5.9"!)

I'm worried It's going to take me ages to shift this last stone but hopefully the 3 week break did me good and can kick start it all again.

How long were you in the army? My brother is a royal engineer and my step dad is in the TA (he's off to Afghan in December) x
 
THURSDAY

Lunch - lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, tomato, salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - double hexb of weetabix with warm milk (1/2 hexa)

Snacks - melon, grapes, satsuma, milky bar (3.5 syns), tiny rocky road bite (3 syns?)

Well hello Mrs C! Loving your new diary - it's actually good being back on track, isn't it. I'm really enjoying it.

Hopefully we can both get this last stone off by Christmas and feel a million dollars! xx

FRIDAY

Lunch - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - tandori salmon (hexb x2) with rice & veggies

Snacks - melon, grapes, milky bar (3.5 syns), satsuma, options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), tiffin (guessing at 6 syns)

Off down the market with hubby shortly to stock up on meat & veggies then going to see my daddy later, can't wait!

Lunch - carbonara (hexb x2 bacon, hexa cheese, quark, eggs) with cabbage & corn

Dinner - apple, satsuma, pear (wasn't very hungry?

Snacks - satsuma, Costa mocha (hexa & 2 syns), half bag cheese Doritos (5 syns)

SUNDAY

Lunch - pasta & sauce (1/2 syn & 1/2 hexa milk, 1/2 hexa cheese)

Dinner - pork (hexb x2) with garlic, sage, paprika, thyme, rosemary, apple juice (3 syns), creme fresh (3 syns), apples served with sw roasties & broccoli

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), pear, melon, muller greek (1/2 syn), raspberries

We have similar weight to loose - I've been struggling recently so needing new diaries and motivated people to follow.

A mix - sometimes I have red or green days as I enjoy the extra hex b! Lol :)
 
Lol me too, I only do green days as they seem to work well for me.

I'm determined to get this last stone off before Xmas!! xx
