MONDAY

Lunch - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, smidge salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - chocolate weetabix (hexb x2) with 1/2 hexa warm milk

Snacks - satsuma, melon, grapes, raspberries, pear, options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), milky bar (3.5 syns)

TUESDAY

Lunch - tomato, lettuce, cucumber, salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - garlic pork (hexb x2) with rice & cabbage. 2 syns for marinade.

Snacks - options (1/2 hexa milk & 2 syns), melon, grapes, raspberries, milky bar (3.5 syns)
 
Wednesday was not a great day, have been referred for an ultrasound scan to check if I have cysts on my ovaries as been having some problems. Pretty upset, everyone keeps telling me not to worry but I can't help it. We've been trying for a baby since August and I'm petrified there is something wrong with me :(.

WEDNESDAY
Lunch - lettuce, tomato, cucumber

Dinner - went to prezzo for tea, pollo carbonara (hexb bacon, hexb chicken, hexa x2 cheese & about 20 syns for the cream sauce!!) Plus garlic bread....

Snacks - whole bag midget gems (15 syns?), milky bar (3.5 syns), x2 freddo (10 syns), few chocolates out of a box (10 syns?).

I'm so cross with myself, I always turn to food when I'm stressed then feel even worse afterwards :'(
 
THURSDAY

Lunch - salad

Dinner - chicken breast (hexb x2) topped with phili (hexa) with pasta'n'sauce (1 syn).

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), melon, grapes, satsuma, raspberries. Few Chocs (8 syns).
 
FRIDAY

Lunch - chicken (hexb), lettuce, cucumber, tomato.

Dinner - not sure as going to a gig & may be a bit rushed. Might try & cram a cheese mug shot in before we go.....

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), melon, grapes, satsuma, options (1/2 hexa & 2 syns)

Just caught up on your diary. When do you get your results from Wednesday? Hopefully they will find something easily treatable and in the meantime you guys can have fun practicing! ;)

We saw a band called trivium, seen them about 10 times, they're great. Very jealous about muse, saw them at Wembley a few years ago and they were freaking awesome!! Think my dad is going to see them next week.

Scan isn't till 6th Nov so bit of a wait, been totally off plan since Wednesday but I've promised myself I will get back on track from tomorrow..... xx
 
Ah cool, I've seen Trivium a couple of times at various festivals. Have seen Muse about 6 times going right back to them playing Brixton Academy when Origin of Symmetry came out but Dave never has so looking forward to it lots!

Good luck with getting back on plan honey. It's not easy when you've got lots of other things on your mind, but we're on the final stretch now - you can totally do this! :) xx

Dinner - gammon (hexb x2), jacket potato, beans, fried egg

Snacks - satsuma, options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), milky bar (3.5 syns), solero (4.5 syns)

Lunch - rice, salad, hexa cheese, salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - pork steaks (x2 hexb), apple juice & creme fresh sauce (5 syns), sw roasties, cabbage

Snacks - melon, grapes, satsuma, milky bar (3.5 syns),
