Sneaks back in, trying to avoid talking about the weekend.....I went off plan, badly!!! Even after being DES, the BBQ was a bit stressful (family stuff) and so I came home and had 2 large glasses of wine,,,and then Sunday..... well put it this way I need to keep to minimal syns this week, and if anyone could send a miracle my way that would be fab
Me and the hubby only have 33 days till holiday, so we have agreed that we are on a strict diet until then, and only having a drink when we have a special event planned - for example my dads birthday this sunday and we are going out for a nice meal so will have a glass of wine, however normally this is fridya, saturday and sunday of a weekend. The old vino is definitely my demon.....I am considering other diets, slightly more extreme than SW just to try and shift some of this stubborn stuff, but I just don't know!! However for now, I am 100% on SW, so today looks like:
B - Grapes, blueberries, strawberries and banana, covered in yogurt with 2 alpen light bars (Hex B)
L - Jacket potato with beans followed by some fruit
D: Chicken new yorker (HexA) with SW chips and salad
Exercise - 1 hour badminton....we are considering walking to and from badminton (about 8-9miles) but I am not sure I will convince hubby it's a good idea!!
