Yay it's Thursday (my Friday) OK day so far but I'm tempted to dig into some chocolate I know is in the cupboard....
Breakfast:2 weetabix and milk
Snack:apple
Lunch:homemade soup and crackers
Snack:apple
Dinner:leftover pulled pork and sw chips, mushrooms and corn on the cob
Pudding..... Tbc......
Steps done!! Only on 5,000 when I got home and Mr J has gone out so I've had to do the rest walking up and down in here!!
OK, feeling a bit more alive this evening, have been useless all day. I couldn't stand the thought of not getting my steps so Judy dragged my corpse like self around the block a few times in the pouring rain! Crazy but kind of feel better for keeping up my 100% record this year. Food has been hit and miss as have only fancied cereal. Hopefully will be healthy tomorrow!!
